Important details
- The required captain is not included in the listed price. You'll pay the $250 operator fee directly to the captain on arrival; cash is accepted.
- A $150 refundable equipment security deposit is required in cash on the day of the trip, separate from the listed price. It is fully returned if all equipment comes back in good condition.
- A separate fuel surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price. Gratuity is also not included.
- The captain must meet the vessel owner's and U.S. Coast Guard requirements.
- A charter agreement and waiver are required. Sign the printed charter agreement at the start of the trip. As the charterer, you assume control of the vessel and responsibility for its operation under federal and state maritime law.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook at least 7 days before your charter for a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before, all payments are forfeited. You'll receive a full refund if the captain cancels your trip on the day of your charter due to weather. The captain decides whether to cancel for weather.
