Full refund for cancellations more than 72 hours before start. Less than 72 hours before start: 50% refund if rescheduling is not possible. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows; over 10 minutes late counts as a no-show. Full refund for cancellations due to hazardous weather or unsafe conditions. Full refund or credit for other unforeseen operator cancellations.
