Cancellation Policy
Full refund if canceled more than 24 hours before start. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. If canceled for adverse ocean conditions, choose a full refund or reschedule; for previously rescheduled bookings, only the rescheduling fee is refunded. Rain alone does not cancel tours. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a fee of up to 50% of the tour price, subject to availability.
