Important details
- All ages welcome. Requires getting on and off the boat.
- An adult must stay aboard with any infant who remains on the boat.
- Dogs are welcome and are required to wear a life jacket.
- Gratuities are not included in the listed price.
- For children 12 and under, life jackets are required whenever the boat is moving.
- Sign a waiver for every member of your party before departure.
- Do not bring foam coolers aboard. They are prohibited on the boat and at beaches, coastal waters, and rivers; violations carry a $250 fine.
- Arrive 15 minutes before the start time. Late arrival reduces your allotted charter time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the experience's start date for a full refund. Tours run rain or shine. If the tour is canceled because extreme weather poses a safety risk, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations are official only once you receive email confirmation.
