Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 30 days before your charter for a full refund of the deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable within 30 days, and no refund is issued for cancellations less than 72 hours before the charter. No refund applies if the charter is shortened or ended due to disorderly conduct, refusal to follow crew directions, or a medical emergency. If weather or other factors prevent departure, reschedule or receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Choose from daytime departures at 11:00am–1:00pm, 1:30pm–3:30pm, or 4:00pm–6:00pm. Evening sunset departures run 6:30pm–8:30pm, with a 7:00pm–9:00pm option in mid-summer.
Bring your own food or arrange catering. Coordinate food choices, payment, and delivery or pickup directly with the restaurant, and make sure the caterer knows your cruise departure time.
The charterer is responsible for damage to the vessel or equipment caused by the group.
