Important details
- Wheelchair access is limited. Buildings have ramps, and a wheelchair lift is available at Greenbank Station, but not at any stops. Train doorways are 24 inches wide, with limited wheelchair storage on board.
- Pets are not permitted. Service dogs trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome.
- Do not smoke anywhere on the train or inside railroad buildings.
Cancellation Policy
Pick up your tickets at least 15 minutes before departure. If tickets remain unclaimed 5 minutes before departure, your seats may be released to walk-up passengers. No-show tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Trains operate rain or shine.
