Important details
- Bring a valid passport for everyone on board. Upload everyone's passport photo through the confirmation email at least 48 hours before departure so customs documents can be submitted in time.
- Customs fees are not included in the listed price. You'll pay $80 per person in cash, collected by your captain with your passports on the morning of departure.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is billed after the trip at the market price per gallon based on usage. Estimated fuel costs are $300–$400 for Jost Van Dyke only, $400–$500 for Norman Island and Jost Van Dyke, and $500–$700 for a route to The Baths on Virgin Gorda.
- Crew gratuity is not included in the listed price. A cash tip of 20% of the total charter cost is recommended for excellent service.
- Excessive mess, trash, food residue, or sunscreen buildup may result in an additional $100 cleaning fee, not included in the listed price.
- Complete your waivers before the day of the charter.
- Use reef-safe sunscreen; spray sunscreen is not permitted.
- Destinations are weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed. Your captain chooses safe stops based on conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a full refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours ahead forfeit the deposit; within 24 hours, the full charter fee applies. If the operator cancels for weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or an option to rebook. Missing valid passports may mean a USVI-only itinerary with no refund of additional British Virgin Islands payments.

Yes, but cruise-port pickup and drop-off are not available. Take a taxi to American Yacht Harbor in Red Hook, about a 20–30 minute ride from the St. Thomas cruise ports. Taxi fares are separate from the listed price, cash-only, and charged per person each way.
