Itinerary
You’ll meet your guide while the sun is still down and head up the mountain’s summit where you can sip on a hot coffee or eat some tasty snacks while watching the sky colors slowly change.
After sunrise, you can visit some of the park’s most popular spots before the crowds and return by late morning! Please note that pickup times may be as early at 3:30 am in the summer!

Important details
- Bring a photo ID for everyone ages 16 and older, including US residents, for entry to the national park.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 30 days before your trip for a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days but at least 7 days before receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds within 7 days.

No. Your sunrise tour includes round-trip transportation within a 1-hour radius of the Mount Desert Island section of the park. Pickup is not available in or around the Schoodic Peninsula or Isle au Haut sections.
Yes. Start times are customizable to your group’s needs, and the tour can be shortened.
A picnic-style breakfast may include pastries, yogurt parfaits, fruit, cereal, and hot coffee or tea. Your guide will reach out before your trip to learn about any dietary needs.
