Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your reservation. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. If you change the reservation date, the changed reservation is nonrefundable.

Yes. A credit card pre-authorization is required on all rentals and tours, starting at $150. The hold amount depends on the bike type (for example: $150 City Bike, $600 Electric bike, and up to $1,200 Road Carbon) and is held until all rental equipment is returned safely.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early. If your private tour arrives more than 30 minutes after the designated start time, you’ll be charged $75 for every 30 minutes late. After one hour, the tour is cancelled, treated as a no-show, and is non-refundable.
