- Using the bathroom requires stepping down into a confined space.
- Dogs are allowed only by special exception, with an additional fee not included in the listed price.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Your fuel charge is calculated at the end of the trip and varies with usage and conditions.
- Any temporary card hold for incidentals is typically released 1 day after the charter ends.
- Disclose relevant medical conditions, including a tendency toward seasickness, before boarding.
- Only the charter's captain may operate the boat. Follow instructions from the captain and crew promptly.
- Closely supervise children throughout the trip. Small children are required to wear life jackets; wear one yourself whenever the captain requires it.
- Do not smoke, vape or use drugs aboard. Alcohol is allowed, but unsafe intoxication is not permitted.
- Wear flat footwear. Apply spray sunscreen before boarding, not aboard the boat. Do not bring red wine or other drinks likely to stain.
- Charter time runs from departure from the boat's home dock until its return, including travel to any alternate pickup location.

Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Trips run rain or shine, except during thunderstorms or small craft advisories; unsafe conditions may lead to rescheduling. No-shows are charged the full price.
