- Departure and continuation depend on the operator's assessment of weather and lake safety.
- Arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled departure, with your entire group together and ready before heading to the dock.
- Late arrival reduces your time on the water; the charter cannot be extended.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit refunds: 8+ days: 100%; 5–7 days: 50%; 3–4 days: 25%; under 3 days: none, but your full deposit transfers to one available charter this season; price increases apply. No-shows: no refund or reschedule. Operator cancellations for unsafe weather earn credit for one available date this season. Clouds, light rain or forecasts don't qualify if conditions are safe.
