- Leave standard strollers in the designated area outside the animal interaction room; they are not permitted inside.
- Sign the electronic waiver in your confirmation email before arrival.
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Parking is limited, and traffic is often heavy.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 10 guests.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are nonrefundable. Changes are not allowed within 72 hours of your scheduled start. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling for missed sessions, late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, weather concerns, or failure to follow encounter policies. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be filled and your reservation forfeited.

No. Your private room is included, but time in the separate Capybara Lounge is not.
Park in front of the building if spaces are available. Free street parking is available along NW 5th Avenue and surrounding blocks in the Thrive Art District. There's also a lot just south of the building next to Uncommon Path Brewing.
