- Requires walking through shallow water and boarding and disembarking independently using the boat’s ladder. This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- If you made the reservation, attend check-in and bring a valid government-issued photo ID matching the credit card used for payment.
- Participation while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.
- If you made the reservation, bring the credit card used for payment to present at check-in.
- The captain determines the available destinations and may change the route, departure time, stops, or duration for weather, sea, safety, or operational reasons.
- Glass bottles and other glass containers, smoking, and illegal drugs are not permitted aboard.
- Follow the captain’s and crew’s safety instructions. Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behavior may end your participation.
- Swimming is optional and undertaken at your own risk.
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and the required safety briefing. Check-in closes at departure time; late arrival does not extend the charter’s scheduled ending time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a refund less 10%. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours are non-refundable; bookings made within 24 hours are final. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. Charters operate in light rain; ordinary weather changes do not automatically qualify for refunds. If canceled for unsafe weather, choose rescheduling or a full refund.
