Important details
- All ages welcome. Bring your ID and have it ready before boarding.
- Boarding is not permitted if you are visibly intoxicated.
- No animals are allowed on board.
- Complete your waiver before arrival.
- Empty all outside beverage containers before boarding; you can refill them with water on board. Outside alcohol is prohibited and will be disposed of before boarding.
- Supervise your children at all times on board. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the boat.
- No smoking is allowed on board.
- Film production and drone filming require prior approval.
- Do not jump off the boat without approval; doing so ends your charter. Illegal or lewd activity also ends your charter.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
Cancellation Policy
For 2026 bookings, cancel at least 3 weeks before departure for a full deposit refund; later cancellations forfeit the deposit. Reschedule at no charge up to 1 week before departure. No refunds within 1 week. No-shows are charged the full price. Cruises run rain or shine unless the captain deems conditions unsafe; if canceled for safety, rebooking options will be offered.
