- All ages are welcome. Bring your ID for check-in.
- Boarding is not permitted if you are visibly intoxicated.
- No animals are allowed on board.
- Complete your waiver before arrival.
- Empty all outside beverage containers before boarding. Outside alcohol is not permitted and will be disposed of before boarding.
- Do not smoke on board.
- Supervise your children at all times on board. Disruptive or unsafe behavior can result in removal from the boat.
- Film production and drone filming require prior approval.
- Jumping off the boat without approval ends your charter. Illegal or lewd activity also ends your charter.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
Cancellation Policy
For 2026 bookings, cancel at least 3 weeks before departure for a full deposit refund; within 3 weeks, the deposit is forfeited. Reschedule free up to 1 week before departure. No refunds within 1 week. No-shows are charged full price. Cruises run rain or shine unless the captain deems conditions unsafe; if canceled for unsafe conditions, rebooking options are provided.

No. Draft beer, wine, mixed drinks, specialty cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks are available for purchase on board, separate from the listed price. You can refill an empty outside beverage container with water after boarding.
Yes. Park at the rear of the large parking lot in front of the Brigantine restaurant at 2700 Shelter Island Drive to avoid the meters. Parking spaces are not assigned.
