Important details
- Bring your ID and have it ready before boarding.
- Visibly intoxicated passengers cannot board.
- No animals are allowed on board.
- Complete your waiver before arrival.
- Empty all outside beverage containers before boarding; you can refill them with water on board. Outside alcohol is prohibited and will be disposed of before boarding.
- No smoking is allowed on board.
- Supervise your children at all times on board. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal, including for minors.
- Film production and drone filming require prior approval.
- Jumping off the boat without approval, or engaging in illegal or lewd activities, will end and forfeit your charter.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
Cancellation Policy
For 2026 bookings, cancel at least 3 weeks before departure for a full deposit refund; within 3 weeks, the deposit is forfeited. Reschedule free up to 1 week before departure; no refund within 1 week. No-shows are charged the full price. Cruises run rain or shine unless the captain deems conditions unsafe; if canceled for safety, rebooking options are offered.

Yes. Park at the rear of the lot in front of the Brigantine restaurant to avoid the meters. Parking spaces are not assigned.
