Important details
- Bring ID and have it ready for check-in.
- Boarding is not permitted if you are visibly intoxicated.
- No animals are allowed on board.
- Complete your waiver before arrival.
- Empty all outside beverage containers before boarding. You can refill them with water on board. Outside alcohol is prohibited and will be disposed of before boarding.
- No smoking is allowed on board.
- Supervise your children at all times on board. Disruptive or unsafe behavior can result in removal, including for minors.
- Film production and drone filming require prior approval.
- Do not jump off the boat without approval; doing so ends your charter with forfeiture. Illegal or lewd activity also ends your charter with forfeiture.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 3 weeks before departure for a full deposit refund; within 3 weeks, the deposit is forfeited. Reschedule free up to 1 week before departure. No refunds within 1 week. No-shows are charged full price. Cruises run rain or shine unless the captain deems conditions unsafe; if canceled for unsafe conditions, rebooking options will be provided.
