- Bring your ID and have it ready before arrival
- Boarding is not permitted if you are visibly intoxicated
- No animals are allowed on board
- Complete your waiver before arrival
- Supervise your children at all times on board. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the boat, including for minors
- Empty all outside beverage containers before boarding. Outside alcohol is not permitted and will be disposed of before boarding
- No smoking is allowed on board
- Film production and drone filming require prior approval
- Do not jump off the boat without approval; doing so ends your charter. Illegal or lewd activities also end your charter
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 3 weeks before your event for a full deposit refund; within 3 weeks, your deposit is forfeited. Reschedule at no charge up to 1 week before departure. No refunds within 1 week. No-shows are charged the full price. Cruises run rain or shine unless the captain deems conditions unsafe; if canceled for unsafe conditions, rebooking options will be provided.

Yes. Park at the rear of the lot in front of the Brigantine restaurant to avoid the meters; spaces are not assigned. Cross Shelter Island Drive and follow the dock path marked by yellow markers between Intrepid Boat Works and San Diego Marine Exchange. Check in for your charter at the first black gate.
Yes. The catamaran has a bartender serving draft beer, wine, mixed drinks, specialty cocktails, and nonalcoholic drinks for purchase. These purchases are not included in the listed price. You can also refill your empty beverage container with water after boarding.
