Important details

• All ages are welcome. Bring a valid ID if you plan to drink alcohol.
• Print and sign the required terms and conditions before your charter.
• A 20% service charge applies to food and beverage purchases and is not included in the listed price. Bar tabs and incidentals are due on the day of your event.
• You're financially responsible for damage or removal of property caused by your party. Disposal fees apply if items left behind require disposal; these costs are not included in the listed price.
• Do not bring outside food, catering, or alcoholic beverages aboard. All catering must be provided through the Lady Bea, and leftover food stays with the boat. There are no tables for formal dinners.
• Do not smoke or vape aboard or on Brunelle's Marina grounds.
• Do not bring confetti, birdseed, or candles, or attach decorations to walls or surfaces with nails, glue, tape, or other adhesives.
• Wait until the captain's safety orientation is complete before moving freely around the boat. You're responsible for your party's compliance with onboard rules.
• Remove all personal items and decorations immediately after the event. Items left behind may be discarded.
• Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure. Late arrival reduces your cruise time, with no extra time added.
