Important details

• Ages 5+ only. Children under 18 require a parent or legal guardian.
• Maximum weight: 300 lbs (136 kg) per person.
• Boarding requires walking through shallow water and climbing the boat’s front ladder without assistance, both when boarding and disembarking. This experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• The person who made the reservation must attend check-in. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation.
• Participation is not permitted while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Wear water shoes or secure sandals designed to get wet.
• Glass containers, smoking, and illegal drugs are not permitted aboard.
• Follow the captain’s and crew’s safety instructions. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may end your participation.
• Swimming and other water activities are optional and undertaken at your own risk.
• The captain may change the route, stops, departure time, or duration, or end the trip early for weather, sea, safety, or operational reasons. Water clarity and wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.
• Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and the safety briefing. Check-in closes at departure time; a late arrival will not extend the charter’s scheduled ending time.
