- The required $200 operator fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay the captain directly on arrival; cash is accepted.
- A $150 refundable equipment security deposit is required in cash on the day of the trip and is separate from the listed price. It covers equipment damage or loss and is fully returned if all equipment comes back in good condition.
- A separate fuel surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price. Gratuity is also not included.
- This is a bareboat charter—a boat-only rental requiring an independently contracted captain who meets the vessel owner's and U.S. Coast Guard's requirements. You assume responsibility for the vessel's operation during the charter.
- Sign the charter agreement and waiver at the start of the trip.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook at least 7 days before your charter for a full refund. For later cancellations, all payments are forfeited. If the captain cancels your trip due to weather on the day of your charter, you'll receive a full refund.
