- Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure. Late arrivals do not extend the charter; arriving 30 minutes late counts as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before departure for a full refund; 7–13 days for a refund less the deposit or full-value credit valid 12 months; 48 hours–6 days for a 50% refund or full-value credit valid 12 months. No refund within 48 hours. Reschedule free with at least 72 hours' notice. Weather cancellations made by the captain receive a full refund.
