Only the captain can cancel. If the captain cancels, your deposit will be credited or refunded. If you cancel, your deposit is forfeited; cancellations within 48 hours owe 100% of the charter price. Rain or a slight chance of thunderstorms do not qualify for cancellation. The captain will cancel if weather is unfit.
