Arrive at Three Sisters Springs: Hop out for a swim into the springs or stay in your kayak and float - it’s totally up to you. Either way, the views are unbeatable!

Return Paddle: We’ll paddle back through the bay, keeping a lookout for more wildlife. Back at the launch, we’ll help you out of your kayak and send you off with a small gift!

Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled launch time
- Complete the required waiver before arrival
- Weight limit: 250 lbs per person and 425 lbs combined per tandem kayak
- Upper-body mobility and the ability to paddle a kayak are required
- Children ages 3–11 must be accompanied by an adult; children under 3 require 2 adults
- Bring a Coast Guard-approved life jacket for children under 70 lbs
- Expect a $5 city parking fee on arrival, not included in the listed price
- Alcohol is prohibited on tour
- Do not wear sunscreen on your legs, as it clouds the kayaks
- Not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; cancellations are not permitted. Arriving after your scheduled tour time is a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. In unsafe weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

FAQs
Arrive 15 minutes early. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled launch time, the tour considers you a no-show.
Bring water, sunglasses or a hat, shoes that can get wet (or sandals), and a towel. Wear a swimsuit or clothes you don’t mind getting a little wet.
Avoid wearing sunscreen on your legs because it can cloud the clear kayaks. Wear breathable pants or bring a towel for sun protection instead.
