Cancel at least 15 days before for a refund. For cancellations 10–15 days before, a 20% fee applies, or you may reschedule subject to availability with a $50 fee. Within 10 days, no-shows and late arrivals are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If the operator cancels for weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
