Know before you go
- Sign the charter agreement before boarding
- Have every guest sign a waiver before boarding
- A $500 security deposit may be charged before booking and returned if no damage occurs or credit is used
- Pay the captain $70 per hour directly; a 20% tip is customary
- Fuel reimbursement is charged to the card on file; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before the start date for a full refund. Cancel 2–5 days before for a 50% refund. No refund within 2 days. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full booking price.
FAQs
After your booking is confirmed, choose from the operator’s list of US Coast Guard-credentialed captains. The operator will coordinate with you and the captain to finalize your itinerary, and you will sign a Captain’s Hire Engagement once the captain is confirmed.
