- Remove your shoes before boarding.
- Sign the waivers and attend the mandatory United States Coast Guard safety briefing before departure.
- If you bring alcohol, the limit is 3 cans of beer or an equivalent quantity of alcohol per person. Hard liquor and glass containers are not allowed.
- Excessive drinking or disruptive behavior affecting safety or comfort may result in removal from the trip at the captain's discretion.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before departure. 50% refund for cancellations within 48 hours, except same-day cancellations. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
