No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours of bus pickup, or within 72 hours for bookings of 6 or more. Private charter cancellations within one month incur a 50% charge; cancellations within two weeks incur a 100% charge. No refunds after participation for wildlife sightings or ocean conditions.
