No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours of bus pick-up time. For bookings of 6+ persons, no refunds or rescheduling within 72 hours of tour start. Private charter: 50% charge within 1 month; 100% within 2 weeks. No refunds for missed wildlife or ocean conditions.
