Cancellation Policy
Refundable up to 5 days before departure. Within 5 days, trips are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations, changes, and rescheduling are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or operational reasons, you may reschedule or receive a refund.

Arrive 15 minutes early and bring a valid photo ID. You must also present the credit card used to pay for the booking, and the cardholder name must match the contact name on the reservation.
The boat leaves at the scheduled start time and does not wait for late arrivals. Late arrivals are not refunded.
Bring your own food and drinks if you’d like. You may bring beer or wine, but no hard liquor is allowed. Try to limit glass bottles.
