Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable but may be applied to a new date if you cancel within 24 hours of start. Book within 48 hours and cancel within 1 hour for a full refund. Arrive more than 15 minutes late and you’ll be moved to the next available slot or date; late arrival without prior consent is a no-show with no refund. Safety-related weather cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded minus special/custom order costs.

Wear swimwear and quick-drying clothing; avoid cotton. Bring waterproof footwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, and an optional towel. Bring a waterproof camera or waterproof bag if you want to protect your camera.
If transportation is selected, your driver or tour guide arrives 30–45 minutes before the tour start time. For Montego Bay areas, arrival is 1.5 hours before the reservation time. Meet at your location's front entrance; the driver waits 15 minutes before leaving.
