Important details
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for 1 PM check-in
- Bring valid ID for participants age 18 and older
- No animals are permitted on-site, including service animals; pets cannot be left in vehicles
- Adult Extreme Feeds for ages 18+ that go behind barriers for certain animals require a signed waiver
- Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended

Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 3 days before the tour. Cancellations within 3 days and no-shows are non-refundable. Full refund if the sanctuary cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
