• Avoid contact with horses, donkeys, outdoor birds, or cows for 24 hours before your visit. Wear clothing and shoes that have been washed since any contact with those animals, and sanitize your hands on arrival. You cannot enter animal enclosures if these precautions are not followed.
• Wear closed-toe shoes. Sandals, flip-flops, and other open-toed shoes are not permitted in animal areas.
