Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before departure for a refund of charter payments; online booking fees are nonrefundable. If the captain cancels before departure due to unsafe weather, receive a refund of charter payments less online booking fees.

Your booking reserves a fishing day, not a specific fishing type. If offshore conditions are unsafe, the captain may recommend a bay, reef, wreck, or other alternative trip, or rescheduling.
Keep your catch when allowed by fishing regulations. Fish can be filleted after your private charter.
