Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before start for a full refund; under 48 hours, a 50% refund. Non-refundable third-party costs and a 3–5% processing deduction apply to refunds. No-shows and missed pickups are non-refundable. If the operator cancels for severe weather, vehicle issues, driver illness or other force majeure, choose a 100% tour-price refund or credit to rebook, subject to availability.
