Cancellation Policy
More than 72 hours’ notice: full refund; 48–72 hours’ notice: half refund; less than 48 hours: no refund. Notice is measured from midnight before the trip, not departure time. Captain cancellations for rough seas receive a full refund, including during the trip. Cancellations for aggressive behavior, severe intoxication or illegal activity receive no refund.
