- The captain/crew fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay the captain directly at $125 per hour at the end of the charter, using cash or a money-transfer app. Gratuity is separate and not included.
- Parking is paid and is not included in the listed price.
- Complete the online waiver from your confirmation email and share the link with everyone in your party to complete before boarding.
- Do not bring food or drinks containing red dye, including red wine and fruit drinks, as they can stain the deck and upholstery.
- Avoid using bronzers for 48 hours before your trip to prevent upholstery stains.
- Smoking and drug use are not permitted on board. Vaping is allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with more than 14 days' notice; cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. For inclement weather, rescheduling or cancellation will be attempted. If the captain cancels, you'll receive a full refund. The weather decision is made 1 hour before departure based on actual conditions, not forecasts. No refund if you cancel due to forecasted conditions.
