Cancellation Policy
For individual or group cancellations, 25% of the total is nonrefundable; cancellations 3–14 days before incur a 50% charge, and those within 48 hours incur a 100% charge. Rides depart regardless of weather but may be canceled for unsafe conditions or unforeseen factors. If participation is refused at the trailhead for safety reasons, you're responsible for 50% of the activity cost.
