Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before start for a refund minus non-refundable third-party costs and 3–5% processing fees; under 48 hours, receive 50% minus those deductions. No-shows and missed pickups are non-refundable. If the operator cancels, including for severe weather, choose a full tour-price refund or credit for another date, subject to availability.

Yes. Booster seats are available for your private tour by advance request for a small rental fee, not included in the listed price. You can also bring your own car seat or booster seat.
Wear weather-appropriate clothing and walking shoes or sandals. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a reusable water bottle, a light jacket, snacks, and a charged phone or camera. Bring a valid ID and cash or a card for meals and optional stops. If your Oʻahu itinerary includes beach stops, pack swimwear and a towel.
