Cancel 48+ hours before start for a full refund, or less than 48 hours before for a 50% refund; non-refundable third-party costs and 3–5% processing fees are deducted. No-shows and missed pickups are non-refundable. If the operator cancels, including for severe weather, choose a 100% tour-price refund or credit to rebook on another date, subject to availability.
