- Bring your ID for pickup.
- Bring the credit card used to book your rental for pickup. A fully refundable $500 hold may be placed on the card for incidentals; this hold is separate from the listed price.
- Cleaning fees may apply if swimsuit dyes stain the seats. These fees are not included in the listed price.
- Sign a liability waiver if you're an adult.
- Remove your shoes before boarding; shoe storage is provided on board.
- Bring only non-messy snacks; no Cheetos. Pack any food for the cooler in watertight containers.
- Do not bring glass, except liquor or champagne bottles.
- Do not smoke on board; vapes are allowed.
- Apply spray sunscreen before boarding.
- Wear a swimsuit that has been washed at least twice to help prevent dye stains on the seats.
- Any late arrival reduces your scheduled time on the water. Arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice forfeits your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before start for a full refund, 4 days before for 75%, or 3 days before for 50%. No refunds within 48 hours. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, you'll receive rescheduling or credit for a future booking. Light to moderate rain or overcast skies do not qualify for weather-related cancellation.
