Important details
- Ages 16+ only; booking requires age 18+. Ages 16–17 require parent or guardian permission and a participating adult accompanying them throughout.
- Requires walking, standing, and navigating uneven floors, stairs, and narrow passageways throughout the experience, including in low or no lighting. Wheelchair and stroller access is limited to the store.
- Bring a valid photo ID for check-in.
- Animals are not permitted, except where required by applicable law.
- Complete and sign a liability waiver before entering the investigation area.
- Wear closed-toe shoes.
- Stay with your assigned group, follow investigation staff instructions, and enter only designated investigation areas.
- Do not damage or interfere with the historic property, or intentionally provoke, threaten, or attempt physical interaction with alleged entities.
- Do not bring Ouija or spirit boards or similar devices. Seances, rituals, and intentional spirit-invocation practices are prohibited.
- Do not use sage, smudging materials, incense, candles, open flames, or other smoke-producing materials.
- Alcohol, recreational drugs, smoking, and vaping are prohibited. You may be refused participation if you appear impaired, or removed for unsafe, disruptive, destructive, or prohibited conduct.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start for check-in, waiver verification, and preparation. Have your booking confirmation available. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the investigation begins.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 14+ days before qualifies for a refund or one free reschedule. At 6–13 days, the deposit is forfeited (25%/$112.25 if paid in full), or one free reschedule is available. At 5 days or less, the deposit is forfeited (50%/$224.50 if paid in full). No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.

Yes. Bring personal investigation equipment that is safe, does not damage the mill, and does not interfere with the investigation. Equipment is also provided, though availability may vary.
Bring a personal flashlight, a phone or camera, extra batteries for your own equipment, and water or a non-alcoholic beverage. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Food and beverages are not included.
