Important details
- Ages 16+ only; booking requires age 18+. Ages 16–17 require parent or guardian permission and a participating adult accompanying them throughout the investigation.
- Requires walking, standing, and navigating uneven floors, stairs, narrow passageways, and historic areas throughout the experience. Wheelchair and stroller access is limited to the store.
- The investigation includes low-light or dark conditions. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition affected by extended standing, walking, darkness, uneven surfaces, or stairs, consult your healthcare provider before participating.
- Bring a valid photo ID and have your booking confirmation available at check-in.
- Animals are not permitted, except where required by applicable law.
- Wear closed-toe shoes and sign a liability waiver before entering the investigation area.
- Stay with your assigned group, follow staff instructions, and enter only designated investigation areas. Do not damage or interfere with the historic property.
- Alcohol, recreational drugs, smoking, and vaping are prohibited. You may be refused participation if you appear impaired.
- Do not use Ouija or spirit boards, conduct seances or rituals, or intentionally invoke spirits. Intentional provocation, threats, and attempted physical interaction with alleged entities are prohibited.
- Do not burn sage, herbs, or incense, or use candles, open flames, or other smoke-producing materials.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start for check-in, waiver completion, and preparation. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the investigation begins.

Cancellation Policy
14+ days’ notice: refund of amounts paid or one free reschedule. 6–13 days’ notice: deposit forfeited, or 25% ($137.25) forfeited if paid in full; alternatively, one free reschedule. 5 days’ notice or less: deposit forfeited, or 50% ($274.50) forfeited if paid in full. No-shows incur the full booking charge with no refund.
