- Arrive 10 minutes before your class for check-in and safety instructions
- Safety waiver required before arrival
- Ages 5+ only
- Children ages 5–13 require an accompanying adult during the experience
- Participants under 14 must wear gloves during the experience
- Closed-toe shoes required; Crocs, sandals, slippers, and water shoes aren't allowed
- Long hair must be tied back
- Requires following safety instructions and handling hot glass safely with instructor guidance
- Participation isn't permitted if you appear impaired by alcohol or drugs

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled class. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and arrivals 15 or more minutes late are nonrefundable. Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

FAQs
Wear closed-toe shoes (no Crocs, sandals, slippers, or water shoes) and tie back long or loose hair. Cotton clothing is preferred. Bring drinking water; a bottle refill station is available.
You get safety gear and safety instructions at the start. All participants must sign a safety waiver before arriving.
Glassblowing experiences are for ages 5 and up. Children ages 5–10 must participate directly with an adult.
