- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected tour time
- Bring valid photo ID and a credit card to collect your bike
- Sign a liability waiver before riding
- Riders under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to sign and accompany them at check-in
- A credit-card authorization is held until all rental equipment is safely returned: $150 City Bike, $200 Performance, $300 Tandem, $600 Electric Bike, $700 Road Aluminum, or $1,200 Road Carbon
- Arrivals more than 30 minutes late incur a $75 fee for every additional 30 minutes; the tour cannot proceed after one hour late
- A ferry ticket is separate and not included in the listed price if you return by ferry
- Tour-guide gratuity is not included in the listed price and is given directly to the guide
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If you change the reservation date, the reservation is non-refundable.

Arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you are charged $75 for every 30 minutes. After one hour, the tour is canceled, treated as a no-show, and is non-refundable.
