A separate ferry ticket is required if you return by ferry. A liability waiver is required; guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign and accompany them at check-in. A credit card pre-authorization is required at check-in (starting at $150, depending on bike type), and guide gratuity is not included.

Cancel 72+ hours before your reservation for a full refund. Within 72 hours: charged in full and non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full and non-refundable. If you change the reservation date, it becomes non-refundable and charged in full.

Yes. A credit card pre-authorization is required on rentals and tours, starting at $150. The hold amount depends on bike type: $150 City Bike, $200 Performance, $300 Tandem, $600 Electric bike, $700 Road Aluminum, and $1,200 Road Carbon.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you are charged $75 for every 30 minutes. After one hour, the tour is canceled, treated as a no-show, and is non-refundable.
