Cancel or reschedule up to 36 hours before your cruise. Later cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling fees: $50 at 36–24 hours, $75 at 23–1 hours, and $100 within 59 minutes or for no-shows. If it rains or is too windy to row, your cruise will be rescheduled.

Yes. You'll be notified if rain or wind makes rowing impractical and your cruise needs to be rescheduled.
