Cancellation Policy
Small private groups receive a full refund with at least 7 days' notice. Large, corporate, and custom groups are 50% refundable with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations within 7 days, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. Schedule changes are allowed up to 48 hours before, subject to availability. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
FAQs
For groups of 6 or fewer, the hike moves at the pace of the slowest person in your group. Groups of 7 or more can split into faster and slower groups with additional guides.
Bring your own hiking backpack carrier if a small child cannot keep up with the group. Your group will stay with a guide for the full hike.
