Cancellations with at least 7 days' notice receive a 50% refund or credit. No refunds within 7 days. No-shows are charged the full price. You'll receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Bringing a tracking device aboard may result in cancellation without a refund.
