Important details
- Ages 3+ only. Comfort in the water and willingness to enter the ocean are required; swimming ability is not required.
- Children ages 12 and under require an accompanying parent or guardian. Minors require parental consent.
- Good health is required. Medical conditions or health concerns require a doctor's medical certificate, including hyperventilation, cardiovascular, respiratory, or ear, nose, and throat conditions, high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy, or asthma. Bring the certificate if this applies to you.
- Participation is not permitted during pregnancy.
- Hanauma Bay admission is not included in the listed price. You'll pay $25 per person in cash on the day; children ages 12 and under enter free.
- Gratuity is not included in the listed price. Any tip is given directly to your instructor in cash.
- Sign the required participation consent form on the day.
- Wear your swimsuit for the tour and bring dry clothes for the return ride. Riding in a wet swimsuit is not permitted, even with a towel covering the seat.
- If participating as an observer, you cannot enter the ocean and must remain near the belongings area.
Cancellation Policy
For 1–4: 5% cancellation fee from booking until 8 days before; 100% within 7 days. For 5+: 5% from booking until 15 days before, 50% 8–14 days before, 100% within 7 days. Missing the meeting time or location incurs a 100% fee. If the operator cancels for bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund.

No. The snorkeling tour does not include transfers from West Oahu hotels or condos, including Ko Olina.
Yes. Optional wetsuit and prescription mask rentals cost $10 each; a new snorkel mouthpiece costs $5. Advance arrangements are required for all three. These extras are not included in the listed price; you'll settle them in cash on the day.
Bring a bath towel, sunscreen, and motion-sickness medication if needed. If renting a wetsuit, leave sunscreen off your body before arrival.
