Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience for a full refund or booking credit. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows receive no refund or credit. If the operator cancels due to weather, unsafe conditions, horse welfare concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or booking credit. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

One reservation includes a private carriage for up to four adults. Children who can safely ride on an adult’s lap do not count toward the four-adult capacity.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your carriage tour departs. Allow extra time to park and walk to check-in. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Bring your booking confirmation, printed or available on your phone. Wear comfortable, secure shoes and weather-appropriate clothing for the open-air ride. Bring a jacket or extra layer when needed.
