- Requires entering and exiting the vehicle without assistance and walking short distances, sometimes over uneven ground or stairs. Not suitable for significant mobility limitations.
- Not wheelchair accessible. Foldable strollers are supported.

Private bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows. Refunds or rescheduling are provided if your ship does not dock, your port call is canceled, or the operator cancels due to unsafe conditions, including weather. Tours run rain or shine. For cancellations within the operator's control, choose a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

Your shore excursion is scheduled to return to Hilo Cruise Port at approximately 3:00 PM. Traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control may cause delays.
Wear comfortable walking shoes; closed-toe shoes are recommended for certain park areas. Bring a light jacket or hoodie for cooler elevations, water, snacks, a hat, sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen.
